Animals may be reserved with a 20% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, unless we are unable to provide the animals, which were reserved.

Live arrival is guaranteed. Domestic shipments are sent by Fedex to your door. In weather extremes or at the request of our customers animals will be shipped to the nearest Fed Ex hub. PayPal (also credit card payments through Paypal), cashiers check, personal check, money order, or wire transfer are acceptable payments on domestic orders.

For International Orders please check with your local government for permits you may need to import reptiles. Payment for International sales must be made by international bank check drawn on a U.S. bank, Credit Card via Paypal or by wire transfer. Air freight charges and permit fees must be paid in advance on international orders

All shipping when it comes to tempratures are at the disgression of PHR. It is all about the animals safety.
